Plaza Marina is located right next to the ferry that goes over to Cozumel.  There are 15 condos total in the complex, 11 of which are managed and rented by Caribbean Beach Properties.  There are two 2-bedroom oceanfront condos, four 1-bedroom oceanfront condos, three 2-bedroom Plaza side condos, and two 1-bedroom Plaza side condos.  The complex is located just inside the Playacar Phase 1 community on the south edge of Playa del Carmen, and just half a block from the south end of the 5th Avenue shopping and dining district, near the Paseo del Carmen shopping mall.  All the condos are located on the second floor of the complex.  The oceanfront condos have huge, private balconies overlooking the ocean, while the Plaza side condos have private balconies overlooking a pleasant garden plaza.
